The food is world class and the best in Santa Fe! Chef Estevan is there over seeing every plate and experience.
If you’re looking for a wonderful evening with a Chef to come by and spend time with you at your table who created the beautiful menu this is the place!!
We cannot wait to go back for any occasion! -

(August 30, 2022, 7:53 am)We went here after spending a day in Santa Fe hoping to get a good dinner. The staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, given the prices, the food is quite average and the amount is small. We ordered some special lamb for 50 dollars but the size was that of an appetizer. Other dishes were nothing special. Given the many excellent options in Santa Fe, I don't recommend this place.

(May 15, 2022, 5:18 pm)This is a great place located in the Hotel Chimayo. The service was great and the food was fantastic. I had the grilled lamp chops and my wife had bolognese. Both were fantastic!
Estevan has great food at a fair price. -
