Great food,highly recommend the Rib eye steak, New Mexican. Steak cooked to perfection and the chili relleno, is nothing like I had before in San Diego. The coating was crunchy even with the green chili sauce draped over the top. The owners and staff were spot on, knowing we were not from New Mexico. Great service. Best food in Santa Fe and a spot for locals to gather. They have live music on the weekends.

Wow! This place is a great restaurant to have lunch. The food is over the top terrific and the service is amazing. We had the Las Vegas and Santa Fe combo meals. Everyone was impressed. This is a must try restaurant.

Great food, good service and good music. We tried the Seafood Soup and it was awesome. The corn cake is my favorite and the flan was delicious. As usual, sopapillas are great in Pecos Trail Cafe.

We came to New Mexico for the food and this place definitely delivered! We were looking for a quick place to grab lunch after hiking and came across Pecos Trail Cafe - a little off the beaten path. I had the sangria and frito pie, which were both excellent, and my husband had the enchiladas. We also had flan for dessert, which was the best flan I’ve ever had (even coming from New York). The owner is super friendly too - I recommend making it to this place!

We ate dinner here twice during a long weekend visit and both times the food was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful – especially Jorge, who made us feel very at home and well cared for. The chile rellenos and shrimp enchiladas were both top-notch. We also enjoyed the mariachi band on Friday night! Will absolutely make another stop here the next time we're in town. Highly recommend. And don't forget to try the flan!
