Pollo Asado

Best pollo tostadas I have had in a long time! Fresh made(be prepared to wait 15 mins) the chicken was juicy and flavorful. Fresh cheese and cream, fresh pico on top plus beans and rice and a grilled jalapeño on top! $10 and it was a perfect lunch for me and my husband! Follow the smoke to find this gem!

I was looking for a whole roasted chicken meal and I saw this food truck called Pollo Asado. Too bad they only accept cash. Who carries cash these days. Anyway, so, I have to go back and withdraw money. It was affordable but the wasn’t as flavorful as compared to other roasted chickens I have back in Dallas. But I gave them a 4/5.

This place is amazing! The chicken is some of the best I had with beautiful seasoning. They give you all the fixings to make tacos. Bomb! And reasonably priced! Can’t wait to go back

This was the best food experience we had while on vacation in Santa Fe. My husband and I shared the $13.00 half chicken meal and found it adequately filling for the both of us. The chicken was absolutely delicious, as were the rice and beans that came with it. We did have to wait 20-25 minutes for chicken to be done, but it was 100% worth the wait. Cannot wait to come back here!
