Great and helpful staff. The food was delicious. The buckaroos favorite was a tasty filling dish and the chips and salsa were stellar.
Their hours aren't right. I'm actually not sure they're open at all. I asked on Facebook what their hours were two weeks ago (the ones posted here are incorrect) and there was no answer. We used to eat here once a week until their hours became so erratic that we couldn't figure out when they were open at all. It's really sad, because it used to be a great restaurant. But if you're never open, or you say you're open until 7 but close before 5, how can people plan to eat here??
We like taking the ride out and the food is good, staff is pleasant. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the have no answering machine, and often close early when slow. They seriously need at least outgoing message for closures and hours updates if not there to answer!
Heard about this little spot and finally got a chance to visit. I went with their taco salad and even after getting it home.. Was amazing!!! They have great outdoor seating, which I think would be nice for small parties, get togethers. They offer indoor dining. Hope to drag the hubby for a visit now that I know they are opened a little later. See you soon. GSG.
What a great find in the middle of driving through back to Albuquerque! We had such a great time visiting with everyone and eating at The Old Mill. We stopped for lunch and they only have burgers, dogs and fries but it was certainly worth the stop.
The food was good and the people were outstanding. We ended up visiting with locals, people who were passing through and of course the owner. This was such a pleasant stop and we got to hear about the history of the restaurant and the town.
