Blake's Lotaburger

Lakes has always been on my top five for fast food that are local they had the best burgers and really best burritos and they hire good people very respectful

The burgers were great along with the onion rings but the service has deteriorated. The French fries taste really bad and are mediocre.I was there for lunch today and the girl at register was on the phone for a long time talking to someone, not taking an order. Then the phone rings again and we were left waiting again for an order to be placed. We'd called in the order and we were the only customers there at the time so I was not happy with the wait time. Another issue was another worker doing the French fry section was on her cellphone the whole time we were there. She never got off her cellphone. When our order was handed to us, they'd forgotten the French fries which I can understand with that particular lady being on the phone the whole time. This one issue with the phone has happened to us quite frequently upon our visits to the Belen Lota Burger. I think it is pretty rude to ignore the customer that is standing right in front of you for such an extended period of time. Susan Romero

Service is always fast and friendly. The food is Blake's quality, which is delicious. Only down is it seems that any time I try to call I get a busy tone or line busy message.
