    They have good food but therr odering is so bad. I called several times and no answer. And when I got there I waited 5 minuts till They took my order. Over all good food

    Coming from a former manager (Sorry folks, I really did try),
    This is not a good store. Managers prior to 2020 were not training staff, deep cleaning or, trying at all. Ticket times are insane. Counters and tables are sticky. The staff is trying! They sometimes just aren't able to address small issues, though. 4-5 people can't do 6-7 people's worth of work. Blake's expects labor to be stupid low. David's greed is ruining Blake's. Stop eating here. At all Lotaburger locations. If you have to, though.. The food tastes great. Juicy patties, fresh fries, and awesome burritos! 5 stars!

    Very busy but was taken pretty quickly. Dispite the lobby being really smokey and hot had to eat outside
