Does this place have delivery ? Sounds really good and would love to try it today ???
Edit : 12/16/19 Okay I tried the place now and when i got there it was 1 minute past the time for the lunch special there wasnt anyone in there and the guy wouldnt give me the special price so I came back another day when I could get it. I got chicken with mushroom and the mushrooms were the big black mushrooms I am not a fan of the way they taste.
I want to give this place another try though since all the reviews make it sound so tasty hopefully I will find something I LOVE :)
The roast pork lo mein is so delicious. The fried rice is authentic and tasty. I really enjoyed my food
Hands down the best Chinese food I've had in Albany. Try the Pork Soup Dumplings! It's humble appearance is a testiment to how serious they take the quality of the food.
Great selection, great value, great service. I have never been let down by Ocean Palace and I don't I ever will.
This is probably the best Chinese food I've ever had. The restaurant is an unassuming little hole in the wall, but it is a hidden treasure. The menu has a lot to choose from, including some items that Americans might find strange, which I consider a mark of authenticity. As the name suggests, there are a lot of seafood options on the menu. This is a fine place to either eat in or take out; the atmosphere is pleasant. For those who eat in, there is a large round table where groups can sit down for dim sum. Dine-in customers also get hot oolong tea, which may be the best hot tea I've ever had in a Chinese restaurant. The fact that this place is open late is also a plus. I recommend Ocean Palace to all my friends who ask what a good Chinese restaurant in Albany is.
This is probably the best Chinese restaurant in Albany. No frills, authentic well prepared food, great prices. Think any Chinatown in a major city. Small, sort of funky place. No problem...the food and prices make up for minimal ambience.
