    They really have good sandwiches. My favorite one is turkey and provolone on the cheesy bread with banana peppers and mayo. And of course lettuce. It's so satisfying and tastes delicious!

    We went to this Subway in Albany NY for the 1st time today. There was a young man working there, his name was Darnell. If he's not already, he should be a new location start- employee/management. This guy was pretty impressive, he single handedly waited on 3 of us at the same time, he never asked twice what you already ordered, even greeted me and everyone else when they walked in the door. If I was opening a retail store, this guy would be #1 on my list, I would actually try to steal him for my own business, Excellent customer service TY Darnell....PS.. Also, he was by himself, and the door was swinging..

    My daughter wanted a sandwich, I forgot my coupon at home. The young lady was working alone, she handled it very well and was polite. Would return in the future. But the company should at least have two people working, especially due to the location.
