Tanpopo Ramen and Sake Bar

Another Friday lunch adventure. Always try something different. This was a good choice. Atmosphere was eclectic. But good was great. I had the spicy noodle ramen. Just enough kick to be spicy but not a lot of heat. Definitely come back again

Very good ramen...Rich broth, excellent seasoning and spices. Tried in Albany first and then a newly opened branch in Schenectady, both are excellent!

Best Ramen around hands down. Decent drink selection as well between the Sake and craft beer. Place gets packed but it's worth any wait, and the staff is always friendly. I recommend adding the boiled egg to whichever Ramen you choose.

Tiny old style diner with great service, bar stool counter,10 booths, awesome dumplings, average dinner prices $11-16. They have BEER! Cooked to perfection.

I loved the Tanpopo spicy ramen! Really good for a great price. Service was friendly and checked on us a few times throughout our meal. We got a table immediately since it was Friday lunch but since it’s a pretty small restaurant I can imagine wait times might be longer on the weekends and evenings. Loved the set-up in the old rail car too.
