The Paper Dragon

I loved meeting the team at Paper Dragon on my first visit today. The menu is awesome and I plan to work my way through it. I started lighter with the Dragon Salad with curry chicken added. I love the char and wasabi peas added for crunch. I will definitely order chicken with it again in the future. The Tofu Katsu Bao is light and delightful, and the fried wonton crisps served with it are a great texture contrast. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the meat options.

You DEFINITELY want to eat here. The food is out of this world. The chef is like a culinary Rick Sanchez pulling the best flavors from the food multiverse, taking your taste buds on the greatest thrill ride to euphoria!!!! Literally a party in my mouth and I look forward to eating here every time. The Asian fusion is done with perfect execution giving you a truly unique experience.

Excellent food and outstanding service! My new favorite place in downtown Albany. I appreciate the many vegetarian and vegan options! Gotta love the breakfast served all day too.

Love the diversity of their menu. It's a new age- ma & pa shop. Breakfast (options available all day) and lunch options . Vegan, vegetarian and carnivore friendly! And there is more than just tofu and salads. Me and my friends have tried over half the menu and have not had one complaint. The bowls are a great size, definitely suggest if you are hungry!
My friends love the Jax- typically sells out due to popularity. But the #1 for us all is the Garlic Potatoes!!
It's our favorite lunch spot. I cannot wait to see what else they created!

Amazing food! (Would definitely try the Lox Down or Lox Roll if you want the best flavor combination of a "Bagel Lox" you can find =]) This place has such a chill atmosphere with some of the most thoughtful owners in the Downtown Albany area. So incredibly happy you opened! Wish you all the luck!
