Good variety of dishes. They do a great job with the fried and soup noodles. Dim sum is ok. There's room for improvement. Overall good experience.

HKB is one of the most authentic and tasty Chinese food spots in the Northeast. The dim sum and fish dishes are fresh and legit as they come. It's the place to go for traditional and festival Chinese bakery treats. Try the Hong Kong Iced Coffee and Tea with or without boba.

The type of little gem I love to find. Great eats, great service. Location precarious at best, atmosphere moderate to humble. Food more than makes up for any it lacks in location and atmosphere. Love the small non chain eatery!

Delicious dim sum, we also got a few other things that were very good. Congee was lovely and flavorful, great winter treat. Scallops and snow peas had fresh ginger, also very good and fresh tasting. Eggplant was cooked perfectly although my friends felt a bit too heavily sauced, maybe with rice would be better. Beef short ribs were excellent, also these packets of sticky rice in lotus leaf with tasty morsels hidden in the center. We had a great time drinking pot after pot of Jasmine tea and although we stayed quite a while were never rushed to leave. Don't skip dessert! Highly recommend for a get together with friends or even romantic meal.
