A great Gluten free spot the Gluten free mac & Cheez is excellent when you can get it.
Unfortunately the staff does not have good flow. They are very nice, but there is a lack of leadership. Every time I have come in it was not to busy for the amount of employees. But They seem overwhelmed and there is no communication
Between the stations. Because of this the meat is not prepared and the hot station that holds soups and sides is suffering. There is never any fresh mac & cheese ready and the sides available look old a dry. Again I love the food the concept is great . With a strong leader that can coach the team would make this the best place in the capital region.

CoreLife had an awesome selection of nutritious foods for a vegetarian! I got a delicious Mediterranean Salad and asked for a recommended side dish - the servers recommended the gluten free Mac n' Cheese. I did enjoy it, though i got the scrapings from the bottom and edge of the dish. So, it didn't look nearly as appetizing as it tasted.

I also really enjoyed their cranberry cayenne lemonade. I would recommend this restaurant.

Ate here last night with my book club group, and it was great. The bowl that I ordered -- and was able to modify to avoid a food sensitivity -- was delicious. Cranberry vinaigrette with beef, bacon, and cheese? who knew? The staff were pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is the acoustics in the space. Although the ceilings are high, the place is noisy once it starts to fill, which makes conversation challenging. I'll go back again.

I love eating here and it fits all of my dietary restrictions which makes it easy to find a place to get food. From the start I loved my experience eating here but as time has gone on, the service has gotten significantly worse. The food is still good but the employees don’t seem to pay attention to the customers on the line and can’t handle a rush. As a restaurant with most of the menu having rice as the base, I don’t think you should be running out of rice during a dinner rush. Like I said I truly like this restaurant and it really fits my needs. The service just needs to be stepped up.

Really neat and clean place to eat. Figured the food would be too bland and "health-oriented". But they seem to have a good selection of spices. Plus you can add different forms of broth to the bowls as you like. I liked it. Had the Spicy Thai Chicken Rice Bowl with extra minced jalapenos, Chipotle broth and Spicy Thai sauce added. Along with a Broccoli Cheddar soup. Was tasty.
