Falafel Express

Went in this afternoon for a late lunch and got the falafel wrap. The extremely personable young man behind the counter asked if I wanted the white sauce or the hot sauce. I got the white sauce on the falafel with hot sauce on the side.......because you never know.

The order was amazing. A fluffy, warm wrap was the base for crunchy little patties of falafel, a delightful departure from the balls which can be a little dry. I got the works, with cucumber, onion, lettuce, tomato and feta but next time I am going to forego the feta because it's a distraction from all the other deliciousness. The hot sauce was so fantastic I wanted to drink it, and I could not help but think about all the other things it would be great on.

I will absolutely be back!

My favorite falafel in the capitol region. So delicious and fresh ingredients. The $10 falafel wrap is out of this world delicious. Very kind people too. Highly recommend!!!
