Another trip to friendly Starbucks in Newton Plaza...great spot!

I stopped into this Starbucks for the first time last week after a hair appointment in the area and before a 3+ hour drive. I was so moved by how sweet the staff were, especially Tanya(? I'm pretty sure that was her name). She was so kind and really made an impression on me. I've never left this kind of review before, so it says a lot. She made my day so much better just by being friendly to me and asking me how I was doing, and meaning it. My hot caramel macchiato was also made perfectly, which made the experience even better. I will definitely make it a point to return to this location when I'm in the area. Thanks again, Tanya.

Great location! By far my favorite Starbucks in the Capital District!! Special shout-out to Geoff- he truly makes my day better (everyday) by making the best drinks. He should get barista of the year award (Starbucks, if you don't have those, you should create one for him)! Anyway, all the staff at this location are great! Very friendly, kind, and always welcoming. :) Thanks for your hard work.
