I order out from this place at least once a week and I never had a bad experience. Very good authentic food.

One other reviewer favorably mentions New Yorker Pizzeria down the street, but I beg to differ. On a number of occasions I have ordered well ahead over the phone from NYP, and to their credit, they have gotten the order correct at least half the time.

So New York Pizzeria will take the order, take my money, and prepare something, probably even what I ordered....but...

What I can never get get the people at New Yorker Pizzeria to do IS ACTUALLY HAND ME THE FOOD. Not for love. Not for money. So a half hour from order time ticks by. Then 45 minutes. My food sits on the counter somewhere despite repeated questioning. It's a battle every time I go in that place, and the food is invariably cold by the time I eat whatever they decided my order would be. So I thought I'd trick them and try the New York Pizzeria Wolf Road location. It was worse, was stuck there almost an hour.

But guess what? When I go to Mancini's...

THEY ACTUALLY HAND ME THE FOOD!

PS May 2019 - Since changing over to 'Tuscan Grill' these people are excellent now and I would not want this very old review to deter anyone.

When it NY Pizzeria they really did have a strange hang-up about holding onto my order way too long. The Tuscan people have NEVER done anything flaky to me, very nice people.

I was here today and very impressed by their customer service. I bought two slices of chicken and broccoli and was very pleased! I totally recommend swinging by and grabbing a slice. They also have subs and salads.

Very efficient and hard working staff. Great food made ready to order. Very reasonable prices.

Popped in yesterday on a whim, since I was in the area and waiting on someone. Ordered a chicken gyro and boy was it DELICIOUS! Huge portions, lunch special for $7.99 came with a generous side of yummy fries and a drink. You cant beat that!!
