The girl, who I hadn't seen before refused the snack. I tried to explain that's what the meal includes but all she kept saying was no. Finally the other worker stepped in and corrected her. It was more embarrassing that we were arguing over a cookie, than anything but people should get what they're paying for.”

“I had a steak that wasn't cook the way I liked it and the manager got me another steak just the way I liked it and it was delicious. To their credit the restaurant was packed so they're not going to cook every meal perfect but no matter how busy they were they took care of me and made sure I was happy. Not only did I have a delicious steak that melted in my mouth and didn't even need a drop of steak sauce because it was so juicy and tender I left a happy man. I will definitely be back to the 99 to try other meals.”

They honored our discounts and brought all our food out to us at once. I've been to some Denny's and the service was ok. But here I felt like I was treated like family. “Fairly busy but not packed on a recent Sat afternoon around 1:45. Sat for over 10 minutes until server came over for drink order. She was pleasant and friendly, returning 10 minutes later with our drinks. She took our food order which was delivered by a kitchen worker about 15 minutes later. Server checked back once and we didn't see her again until we had been finished with our meals for several minutes. (We had 2 delicious Philly steak sandwiches), at which time we asked for the check. Conclusion:greatfood ambiance, but adding another server for a Sat afternoon crowd would streamline service”
