    Dunkin donuts is always very fast and the employees are always nice.

    The drive thru in Menands you can see workers eating while putting your order together. If you order something that needs to be prepared and Donuts, they give you half the order and walk away from the Window without telling you to wait. I've gotten to work with half my order and no time to go back. This has happened more than once.

    One of THE BEST locations! The crew is what definitely makes it the best location around. Trista, Erin, Bonnie, Marie & Mike are always so amazing. Even though the prices are slightly higher due to the location (in the mall) I rather get my coffee and snacks at this location because I know there will never be an issue. I visit almost every day, for the past year...never an issue. I would give 10 stars if it would allow. Hands down best Dunkin!
