TGI Fridays

This place used to be awesome. After the huge menu change they've gone down hill. I came in with my boyfriend around 9:45 because it was one of the few places opened (blaze said no because they were closing soon otherwise that would be my first choice). The waiter mubbled so much I could barely hear him. He was very inattentive and didn't seem to want to be there. Waited 35 minutes for two meals until I stood up and told the manager that I needed the food wrapped up now or else I need to leave (had plans later that evening). The manager was very friendly and gave me the food within three minutes. I still tipped the waiter only because he was literally hovering over me when he handed the check..which was uncomfortable to say the least. My food was blah. Salmon hard and rubbery for $14.99. Then again can't say I'm surprised

I'm going to give 4 stars to the associate manager. She was very pleasant and the one that waited on us. Our server passed our table 4 times never stopped. Ten minutes sitting there without even a drink order placed . She came over and took our order. Brought our food, appetizer and entree's. Always coming back to check on us. Food was very good. I wish she could have gotten the tip but said she wasn't allowed as I never even knew who our server was till the end of our meal. I was in the restaurant business for many years so service is more important to me then the actual meal! Sitting for ten minutes without even a drink order is unacceptable! But the manager definitely made things better and was wonderful after I said I would rather her take care of us the rest of the night. So thank you for making my mother's day dinner very nice!

My family and I always come here every couple Saturday’s for dinner. But this particular day, we sat in our spot for a half an hour, getting there at 5:00 and not being served for drinks until around 5:30. There was one person who did everything to help us, serving us and many others, since no one else was. He was very friendly, and got us anything we needed in 5 minutes or less Appetizers came quick since he was there, knowing how to actually do his job. I suggest coming when it is not busy, since they have decent food I like.

Some of the wait staff is constantly on their phone. We came in to the establishment and the host was talking to another staff member (which I'm assuming she was on break, because she was on her phone) but she was so distracted that when the hostess was trying to show us to our seat, the young lady was so busy with her phone.. she was blocking the way w/out a care in the world!. Food was ok and the waitress we had was very nice and attentive. (Hence the 3 stars)

Have been here a couple of times, the food is always fresh and delicious! The classic cheeseburger is very delicious! Our waiter was very friendly and nice. Definitely coming back for sure!
