Rebel Smokehouse

Food was absolutely delicious. I couldn't even finish my plate! But it will make a good lunch tomorrow! The customer service is great as well!

Nice little place. Food was good service was great. I had the brisket dinner was done right. I'm big on smoked meats and at least they know what they are doing. It may not be the best I've had but by far the best in the area.

My family and I were eager to try a the restaurant in town and we were not disappointed. We ordered four different meals and they were all excellent. They were completed when they told us they would be and even our children finished all of their food. We will definitely be back and it is nice to see new choices in our small town!

I came for lunch and had breakfast food. I ordered an omelet, toast, home fries and bacon. The omelet was huge and so full of veggies and ham. I couldn't finish it all.
Then I came back for dinner. I had delmonico steak, and baked potatoes. The potato was amazing! The steak was absolutely delicious.

I was in right at closing so I can't speak to the time for service at busy times, but my sub was pretty quick. I got the chicken parm sub and it was one of best subs I have ever had. I can only think of one that comes close and they have been in business in Buffalo for 3 generations. I know the Rebel is having some growing pains with logistics (getting their smoker on sight and training the wait staff). I always give new places at least one mulligan if there are issues the first few visits (their weren't any for me). I know they are hiring high school students for positions like wait staff etc because there isn't much in the way of employment for them in the area and what is available is usually very limited on hours. The down side is there will likely be a few more snags early on until they are up to speed. The quality of the food will definitely make sure I am back. The ingredients on my sub were all top notch and order of the fresh cut fries and wings went out while I was there and both smelled wonderful. I can't wait to try the fries and other things on the menu in the coming months. I am also happy to see that a sit down quality restaurant will be doing delivery. Here's hoping the Rebel Smokehouse becomes a Cuba mainstay!
