Arby's

Good food, fast service. Courteous staff. Clean establishment. Gender neutral restroom. However the entrance isn't exactly accommodating to handicapped or disabled people. Pricing is a little much 2 meals and mozzarella sticks were $20. Food was good though fresh, great tasting and they have healthy options. The Bx.5 bus stops just feet away and the Bx.36, Bx.39 also stop adjacent to story Avenue in white plains road

So yesterday was my first time at Arby's. I was very excited to see what it was about. When I walked in everything was very clean and new. The cashier was friendly but unfortunately got my order wrong but the girl giving the food out was so nice and apologized while politely letting the cashier know about her mistake. She immediately corrected it so that made things better for me. She even offered to bring my food to the table as I had my newborn with me it was extremely helpful. By the way the Chicken bacon Swiss and mozzarella sticks were delicious !! Before I left I told her I wanted to write a review because I was appreciative of her services her name is Sulai. Thank you for your wonderful customer service I will definitely be back !!!

I’ve never been to an Arby’s before but have seen so many of their “we have the meats” commercials.

With that said, I didn’t have “the meats”. I opted instead for a fish sandwich. It was ‘eh’... a McDonald’s filet-o-fish is honestly better. I think the main issue with the sandwich for me was that it had very, very little tartar sauce on it. And plus, the tartar sauce that was on it was sort of sour. I wasn’t a fan. The sandwich was edible but I won’t go out of my way to try it again.

On a major plus side, the loaded fries with cheese sauce, bacon, and white sauce of some kind (mayo?) was delicious.

Service was polite and very efficient and fast.

I’ll be back as a lunch option.

This is one of the best places to eat in the area. It's clean the staff is friendly. I go for lunch and the service is fast and the food is always good and taste fresh. The cashiers are nice and there is a young woman that gives out the food she is so nice she greets everyone that walks in and makes the experience so delightful. Thanks for exceptionally good service. Welcome to our neighborhood Arby's. Oh and the Mozzarella sticks are deeelicious !!

Ardy's is a welcomed New addition to the castle hill, story ave, parkchester community.. my wife and i visited this new location on 01.01.19, (5ish). we ordered from the 2 for $6 menu. the food was good.(NOT GOURMET) but pretty good.the sandwiches have more of a commercial feel and taste than a home cooked or high end sandwich shop. the loaded fries are a most have(DELICIOUS). the store lay out is open and functionally friendly. the service was fast and friendly. the parking is curbside and subject to D.O.T rules and regulations.
