Boston Market

I was very happy with this location. The staff more professional and the food was served hot. I visited this restaurant on 12-27-18 and 12-28-18 and both times the staff was professional the manager served the food and Samantha was on the cash register with a friendly personality.
I will gladly go back to this restaurant.
This restaurant was sparkling clean, no trash any where. Tables were all clean with the choice to sit anywhere and garbage ben was not overstuffed.
Now I can actually use the in house dishes when dining in at this location. At the 149th ST. location garbage was always overflowing and the dishes was stacked in a grey bucket dirty and on top of the garbage ben area each and every day visiting time was 6:30pm. I visited the restaurant everyday and the staff would even get annoyed when I asked for a napkin to wipe off the table. Age of the staff makes a big difference in these restaurant establishments. I feel if you are not cleaning at home and do not care about the preparation of food at home, you will never understand how grown people must protect their stomachs and their food ventures outside of their homes. I will gladly return to this location and the next time Ms. Samantha suggestive sells a dessert I will break my sugar diet to make the purchase. Very happy and it is worth the trip. I love Boston Market and I'm a regular at this location but have not had a bad experiences here but minor things can be corrected at times. Overcooked meals which has happened to me a few times, certain staff members that look like they don't want to deal with anyone at the moment, and they don't much about the pandhandlers that walk in and bother people for spare change as they eat their meals. Other than what I just mentioned the place isn't big but it's dining area is usually clean and so are their restrooms, if there is a line to be served it usually moves quick, and for the most part, the staff is usually friendly when they look like they aren't having a bad day or something.

The food was dried up. Corn bread burnt, chicken dry. I have always enjoyed Boston market food. This is the second time buying at this location at hunts point, will never buy from here again. I am shocked because they just opened this location.
