    Exactly what you would expect from a fast food spot in the Bronx. The staff is always polite and do their best. It's not bad, as clean as you might expect with the volume of customers they get but the after school crowd tends to get rowdy and stay for hours at times. Still, it's my go to White Castle in the Bronx!

    The service can be a bit slow but meals were well done. Love the improved menu. Location attracts characters so it's better for take out when it's busy.

    I drove through the drive threw. The person taking the order was friendly but couldn't wait for customers to leave. They put too much ketchup on the burgers even when you tell them not to do so. Their property is clean and well maintain.Good place to visit if you want a burger with very little meat. They also serve fish and chicken sanwiches but no healthy foods.

    Clean. It just has to be clean. The rest I can tolerate. This location is clean. The staff is good too. My food was hot and my order was right. I couldn't ask for anything more.

    I LOVE WHITE CASTLE! BRINGS BACK MEMORIES OF MY CHILDHOOD. GOOD SERVICE, HOT FOOD, AND CLEAN LOCATION.
