Much better now that they worked out the opening kinks like running out of dishes.
Great fish and dishes.
For excellent Caribbean food. This is the place to be. One this is there is a little wait time but the food is worth worth it.
For the most part the staff are professional. The food tastes good most times. The fish a little too salty and dried from the heating lamps. My main complaint was paying $13 for 1 small Snapper. This price is too hefty. I didn't receive a side or dumpling. Too stingy. It is a turn off. It wouldn't hurt your business to be sensible. ????
First off the Dumpling Cove is a carbon copy of the original Dumpling shop. Hands down The original dumpling shop has the best jerk, curry, and stew chicken. The fried fish is delicious and the dumplings are heavenly. I go there practically every day and their food is always on point. I'm so glad to see the dread and his original crew make good Jamaican food. Bless up.
I must first mention that I read the reviews prior to ordering via Uber Eats. Most, if not all the reviews mentioned the customer service as being great even if there was an issue or issues with the meal. My experience today is about the poor customer service I received when I called to report an item missing from my order..instead of getting an apology the girl who answered the phone...I will not list her name....processed to explain to me that the person came to pick up the order for delivery and the missing item was still being cooked, and I need to complain to Uber Eats, not the restaurant. There was absolutely no apology and my overall impression is to “just deal with it “.
Customer facing Employers have a duty to either ensure that employees have at a minimum, basic customer service skills or provide training. I am big on customer service and when I don’t get it I refuse to continue to do business with the establishment.
This was my first time ordering from this establishment and it will be the last.
Disappointed client ????????☹️
