    Went to this Dunkin on 11/21. I hardly visit this one, but today couldn't be helped. I could've done without the experience... Long wait. Only two workers in the morning. They ran out of large coffee cups. And it seems they began switching over to paper cups (which is good for the environment, but not kind to my fingers... I was given no sleeve to protect my hands). The stars are for the effort. But get your act together.
