Excellent bread and salad. I liked and enjoyed my food, but my friend didn't like his. I tasted it and I didn't like it either. Other than that, everything else was fine
I wish I remembered my waiters name, but she was exceptional. Her recommendation were delicious and she was always checking up to see if everything was okay. The food is so fulfilling that it is impossible not to take food home. I would recommend trying the pesto pasta its so good!
Came in with my cousin for a quick bite. We sat at the bar and the wait staff was very polite and serviced us in a timely manner. The happy hour special is worth it, i loved the drinks and the chicken carbonara was very yummy and not too much oil!
Thank you to Dexter and Ravel.... Dexter, who If I'm not mistaken, is a general manager of the Olive Garden. He happened to be at this location on this night...There was a small grievance with the menu item we specifically came for ( they ran out) understandable, it was kind of late and it's a popular dessert... kind of disappointed, I told him we drove here specifically for that item. I can understand why Dexter is a GM... he handled us with such courtesy and professionalism and we truly appreciate what he did to make up for it.... We were also served by a young lady named Ravel. She was delightful! She was friendly, attentive, and didn't forget to bring any of the extra items we asked for... seems to happen a lot in restaurants for some reason... but anyway, thank you Ravel and thank you Dexter... you guys are awesome. Great team over in the Olive Garden at Bay Plaza!
I went to an Olive Garden somewhere in Long Island years ago. I lost interest didn't go for years. Friend of mine gave me a gift card so I went to the one in Bay Plaza Mall. Everything was delish! The last 2X I went service were good but it gets busy and it takes time to get your food. For commercialized Italian food it was pretty good! I will be going back.
