Burger Time

Excellent service and food. A great place for burgers and American fare. Great spot in Morris Park! I have ordered delivery and ordered in the restaurant same quality.

Great place in Morris Park​ for a burger. I've had at least 6 different burgers here and they were all good. Also, I order medium rare and they always cook it exactly medium rare. The fries are nice and crunchy as well. Service is fast and very friendly. There's a beer Garden in the back but I've never sat out there. Something to consider when the weather is nice.

They make a nice burger. Good bun that doesn't fall apart like a lot of places. The fries arrive nice and crispy, a plus because take out fries are usually steamed in the container upon arrival, so thanks for that.
Now my complaints. I wish I didn't have to mention it but TWICE I've ordered their homemade chicken strips/tenders and TWICE they've forgot the sauce. C'mon... Check before the order hits the door. Also, while they use good sliced chicken breasts, they are very bland and lack adequate seasoning in my opinion, which makes the absence of dipping sauce even more of a problem. Please, PLEASE season your chicken guys. Or since they're handmade, offer a spicy version at least.
Second, the guacamole you offer is from a store bought tub I imagine. If not you're doing it wrong. Its very generic, overly smooth and bland as well. Either make it in house, chunky style or dump it from the menu.
That said, I appreciate the things you do well.
Please take no offense to the criticism, I only wish to make you aware of my perceived shortcomings. I shall continue to order from you in the future.
