Fast Service, Great Customer service, Fresh Donuts ? ?

I'm a regular and go here almost every day before work. The weekday crew is amazing and always on point with excellent service and efficiency. Especially the lovely Latina with the braces and the red haired guy with the beard.

But....the weekend workers are the total opposite. They are obviously the owners kids/relatives. The customer service, if you can get them to come out from the back, is terrible. A few weekends ago, I went there and literally stood at the counter for several mins. No one was there to man the front. I called out, they called back (they sure did) but no one came out. It wasnt until several ppl were on line grumbling that they decided to stumble out. The worse. At that point, I left and got coffee elsewhere. This was not the first time this has happened.

I would give 5 stars but not until the owner has his/her kids attend some type of Customer Service training. They obviously dont want to be there.

In the meantime, on the weekends I take my money elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Just like most other Dunkin donuts, except very clean, with a friendly staff, quick and precise service
