I still dream of this place. They opened during the height of the pandemic to make up for lost wages from being furloughed, and they gained the heart of this neighborhood. The food made here is fresh, made with love and 100% authentic. It combines the best of two worlds, venezuelan and mexican street foods in the heart of north west Bronx. I longly try the flavors of patacon pisao and cachapas y mas, hoping they will compare to El Patio's quality, sadly, they do not.....Waiting for next summer to hopefully enjoy again, the joy of this home cooking en el Patio, where they make you feel like home.

The Patacones were amazing. You can't leave without trying their Res tacos, it's seasoned to perfection!

you have to stop by and try an empanada, tostada de tinga or any and everything on their menu!
