Everything is good here! I order here at least 3 time's a week?

The food is not the issue. The issue is the unacceptable attitude Family’s Cafe staff has. My experience is with placing orders for delivery every other Saturday or Sunday afternoon. They act as if they don’t need the support of the community because they truly think they are good enough and they are selling so much that they can tell the costumers to call other place if costumers are not satisfy with their service. Pride is the root of evil that reduce down their capacity or potential to expand, increase or multiply their sales. My three stars are for the delicious inconsistent typical Mexican meals they sell. My suggestion is that they need protocols to treat costumers in a respectful way and they are in a desperate need of better management. It’s that is taking care their business will take on and fly to expansion.

The few things that I've ordered so far are really, really delicious. The shrimp ? tacos are AMAZINGLY GOOD. the best I've had... Sorry, but was too hungry to take pictures. Next time. The breakfast is good. but I always get OLD, HARD, STALE HOME FRIES. I. ALWAYS HAVE TO THROW THEM OUT.... ALWAYS!!! This is my only complaint. but overall,,, ????

I've been coming here for years! Punctual delivery service (rain or shine), amazing, delicious food and great smoothies/lemonade. The custom salads are fresh and affordable. I love ordering here. The restaurant is small but attentive service.
