“One of my favorite Asian Cuisine restaurants in the Bronx. This restaurant isn't so big, inside you'll feel cozy, comfortable, and feel at ease as it is quiet enough to have over-the-table conversations with folks or hear yourself think if your on your own, unlike other restaurants where it can be loud or have the music turned up too high. The service and staff is great....they're all smiles, welcoming, and pleasant to deal with. Dining area and Bar is usually nice and organized as well as the Restrooms. Prices on the Meñu are fare but the food quality is great. I come here frequently for the Sushi but have had other dishes in the past and I honestly don't have a complaint on their food items. I am a regular here and I do recommend this restaurant so if your in the area stop in and enjoy... you wont regret it. Thanks.”

Order ahead if not you will be waiting a while. They are always busy and even the simplest orders can take time. Also they only take cash which is not always convenient. Overall good”

“I went there recently for brunch thinking renovations were done and they were back in the restaurant but there not. There still next door in a small plain looking space. It was just a few of us and it was two servers for the entire room. So as you can imagine service wasn't the best. It was so tight, made it hard to squeeze out of the tables. They also require 100 dollar deposit for reservations which was strange. The food is good but not worth the tight space and poor service. It was a lot better when it was at the original location.”

“Loud, it was a Friday night, so the place was packed and jumping. However, we got a table for four very quickly, the waiters were ready and our food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. “This is literally THE BEST Boston Market in the South Bronx!!! Nice and professional staff and manager. There's a wide variety of side dishes. Behind the counter is clean, you can see everything is up kept. Has a spacious area to sit and eat, bathrooms are so clean. They also serve your food on a PLATE to give you, the customer a "restaurant" feel when eating and a staff member walks around periodically to make sure you're not in need of anything and I've even seen them take your plate from you when you're done eating. It's amazing! Each store should follow this method! I LOVE this place! Kudos to the managers and staff at this location - y'all rock!!”

“Let me start this off by saying the restaurant itself is super clean and beautiful, very different from any other pizzeria in the area. First thing you'll notice about the slices here is they are BIG (see photo.) Crust was very nice and crunchy, cheese/sauce ratio was good although I would've liked a bit more cheese. They also serve beer here which is pretty awesome. This is the "college slice." Doesn't matter if you went to college or not, you wish you had a slice like this back in those days.”

Not only is the pizza great (real cheese that doesn't fall off crust, real sauce with flavor, tasty crust) but their chicken is awesome. Their chicken parmesan & chicken rolls are amazing & better than any Italian restaurant I've tried. Their tacos and empanadas are also the best. And our family favorite: the rigatoni Bolognese. El Paisano is our GO TO place whether we dine in or order online through grub hub. You will not be disappointed! “I've went for pick up at this location several times, I think the food is ok, but the wait is just too long! I personally think the fried rice is on the dry side, but the white rice is really good. The staff isn't particularly friend, but definitely not ride so that's good. The prices and portions are reasonable. But another reason I like to patronize this place is the commitment to community that the owner has. He is an active member of the local merchants association and donates to everything from local fairs to the most recent police sponsored Toys for Tots.
