Don't fret if it's busy, it is worth the wait. The staff was friendly and sociable. The bill was good for what you get.

Great southern soul food that you can't find anywhere els but I think they should have a sign or something because it looks like a normal house without a sign

We ordered Spanish Steak, rice, yams. Plantains and cornbread. Everything was delicious. Supporting locally owned family businesses like this is easy when the food is so good!

I've got to say this place isn't super fancy looking, but it's a hidden gem! They make batches of food throughout the day. The chicken falls right off the bone-I highly recommend the barbecue chicken even though their most popular item is fish. He cooks the it in the oven and rotates it several times and adds extra sauce throughout the process. Several things are his families recipes and everything tastes like its made with love. It reminds me of Thanksgiving dinner at Grandma's. Very reasonably priced, and generous portions. Desserts are awesome as well. As long as you are in the Binghamton area $15 or more and they will deliver for free. The owner is extremely nice and friendly. If you haven't tried this place, it is a must. One bite and you will be a repeat customer!
