Little Venice

Great place for group meals, special occasions, or just for a nice dinner out. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Food probably some of the best homemade Italian in the Southern Teir.

Seeing the sign saying how long the restaurant had been in Binghamton, I figured it was worth a try. I ordered eggplant parmigiana, a salad, and steamed broccoli. Salad was iceberg with some odd pickled things on it, not appealing or appetizing, and blue cheese is only available as an additional charge ( Why?). Strike one. Steamed broccoli, fresh, well steamed, no seasoning whatsoever,probably best part of my meal. Eggplant was not fresh, was very stringy, hard to cut/eat. Disappointing. Their sauce is good, as was the bread on the table. I feel this is a restaurant that has a reputation and rest on that, instead of continuing to offer their very best.

I have been to The Little Venice years ago and it was barely so-so.... I went today for my wife's birthday (her choice) I was truly AMAZED at the difference. It is beautiful inside and the food was much better, everything is homemade secret recipes, and I couldn't be more happy about it. I will definitely be back again very soon.....

Homemade pasta!!! Delicious! Very good Italian food. Great waitresses and waiters. They are very capable of serving large crowds, a party of 18 is what we were. Cute gift shop inside the restaurant
