    Best Japanese I've had in the area. Big portions, beautiful clean interior, really really nice staff. The gyoza we got to start was amazing. My husband got sushi rolls (nice and large unlike the ones another local place sells) and I got chicken tempura. Both stylishly presented and easily the best tempura I've ever had. Being from NYC I've eaten at tons of Japanese joints, these were the tastiest and perfectly golden crisp tempuras I have ever had. I seriously recommend giving this place your business because things have such a hard time thriving on the avenue and it is SO GOOD. Can't wait to go back. I guarantee that one star rating was given by a local competitor because Lovers is anything but a one star restaurant.

    Good sushi and very accommodating! The restaurant itself looks very nice and the waiting staff is enthusiastic and nice. The volcano roll and Lover’s roll were my favorite of the ones I tried, would go again!
