Went to Mooney's in Rochester and it was fantastic. So when I moved to Endicott, I had to try the Mooney's in Johnson City. I got the lobster Mac and the shrimp scampi Mac. Both for take out and I put them in a thermal bag to take to my family, 2hrs away in Pennsylvania. It made the trip perfectly and they all raved about it. I of course knew thew would! This ain't your aunties or grandma's Mac n cheese. This is upscale, yet comforting and creamy and delicious. And don't worry, from what I've heard, the calories don't count when the food is this decadent!!

I try to avoid chain restaurants, but since I heard so many favorable comments, I thought I would give this place a try.

I had a cheeseburger and lobster macaroni. The cheeseburger was delicious but the roll was a bit lacking - need something a bit firmer to hold up to the cheese, onions and condiments.

The lobster macaroni and cheese was a big disappointment - first I had to go looking for the lobster meat and second the macaroni and cheese was just too wet for my taste. It felt as if they just poured a liquid cheese sauce over the noodles and popped it in the oven to brown the top. (If you like it wet, you might enjoy this, but as for me, I like a drier and cheesier macaroni).

It was a bit on the pricey side - for the burger, macaroni and a soda with tax and tip it rounded out at about $36. For that amount I can get much better food around town.

I will be in no hurry to go back, but if I do, I will avoid their signature macaroni dishes and just order a cheeseburger and fries (fries were delicious too).

Dinner on a Wednesday night. Brief wait at the door and about 30 minutes to be served after our order was placed. Server was very polite and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were pleased. Serving was indeed generous portion. Flavored was decent. Restaurant felt clean, bathrooms could've used some attention. Overall, pleased and will return.

As soon as they improve their efficiency, this place is gonna be awesome!!! There were several open tables, but a 10 to 15 minute wait. I think the kitchen was backed up because I waited about 30 minutes for my food. It was worth the wait however. I had the rodeo Mac and cheese and it was legit and huge!! The staff was courteous and attentive. Looking forward to coming back as they improve their craft!

Was very excited to try this new restaurant and I was not disappointed! Great atmosphere, great food, great service. That says a lot considering this place just opened and has been packed the last two times I’ve been there. The bartenders did a great job of balancing good service and a packed house. I recommend the Pot of Gold IPA and the Chicken Bacon Ranch mac n cheese was amazing. Will definitely be back for the next football game!
