    There is 1 employee here every time I go in before 6am and usually a line forming at the drive thru window. Thw employee is AWESOME and knows my coffee order and has it for me as quickly as possible. But the understaffing is absurd for what 1 more person for 1 or 2 more hours would cost the owner. I DONT buy food because it takes too long to get it here. If 1 more person was working I'd eat also. Throwing away money due to staffing and if it werent for the great employee there I'd go elsewhere for coffee also. 5 stars for employee, 1 star for store averages out to 3 stars.

    the store is always full of happy dunkin’ donuters and if there is ever a mistake made. which everyone makes a mistake. they fix it and are so friendly. i appreciate that so much.
