Fuji San

Was disapointed in the soft shell crab. Not recommending it. But everything else was good.

Amazing as usual! Great service and awesome food! Couldn't wait to eat so the photo is of my second dinner.

Came here at 2 in the afternoon, service was fast... too fast. My son and I felt rushed, he brought us our water and asked for our orders without giving us time to even open the menu (but at least it's hibachi and everyone already knows what they want). When the time came, our hibachi food was still cold when it was put on our plates, as in... the egg was cooked then mixed into the cold rice and barely warmed to room temp then put on our plates. The veggies were still literally raw. The meal with tofu was hot on the outside and refrigerator cold in the middle. This is the first and last time we try this place, we'll go back to the tried and true very nice place up the road. The sushi was good though, I always tip well, but the sushi chef definitely earned the extra I gave at this place.

Very nice set up. The restaurant was very clean and had great floor space for presentation. The sushi chef was unique and the ordering was fast with our food prepared immediately. But the menu was hard to understand and the staff spoke little English. I had to google the options to see if I'd eat it. The portion was huge and very filling. I'd say the experience felt authentic.
