Moe's Southwest Grill

The food is alright, I know I’m not getting a five star meal when I walk through the doors but it’s not bargain basement burritos either. However I’ve noticed online ordering is something that just doesn’t seem to work so well in Vestal. Twice I’ve seen bad practice of online orders being neglected. Once as a customer in line who had to wait as the pile of tickets was worked through while I was in front of the guy then when I ordered an online order I too had to wait again. The guy had my ticket but was bumping through the line ignoring the online orders. (I think it was the same guy too). I am honestly not surprised that I had to wait since I saw what happened with the other pile of orders. I find I gravitate to the Chipotle a little more because of this. If I place an order it’s ready when I get there.

The other annoying part to the experience was that the cashier ignored me and rang out three other orders before acknowledging me and seeing where my ticket was (which I watched get moved after the guy starting the line took another customers order first).

I feel a three star is generous for the service I’ve received the past two times but over all the Burrito was fine and so were my chips and Queso, so I’ll meet in the middle.

Busy, but well run

I’ve been to Moes all across NY state, and none are better than this one in Vestal. Their customer service and burrito preparation is rivaled by no other. I love this burrito joint

Prices are going up and quality is going down. Very sad. Moe's used to be one of the best places to stop by and get some take out for dinner, but lately there's no more “Welcome to Moe's”. Employees are talking to each other while taking your order. Edible shells are always burnt, Chips are as well and they are extremely over salted. This used to be the place I'd tell everyone to go to. Not anymore unfortunately unless something major changes.

Great staff. Food's really good..and not too pricey. Just need to figure out drainage backup in women's bathroom
