    very pleasant staff super clean store. my go to grande nitro with 15 splenda is always made to perfection. laurie and the rest of the staff is so kind! much nicer than the pier 1 plaza location

    This location has a great group of employees led by a motivated manager. After 9am it’s mostly students but before that there is a core group of seniors and business people. Don’t knock the students, they made the Vestal Plaza what it now is, a great environment for services. Prior to that it was just a group of dying retail places, most of which are now out of business.
