“I tried the new vegetable soup and was pleasantly surprised. Rich in flavor with a generous variety of veggies. I'm not sure if the stock used to make it is vegetarian or not. Might be beef based. I paired it with a half sandwich which wasn't as good as I remember. It wasn't note worthy. Apple turkey something. Really that forgettable. The bread wasn't fresh for the sandwich but the roll for the soup was deliciously soft and fresh. I regret not just getting a large bowl of the veggie soup. Great on a cold day...just skip the overpriced half sandwich next time. Quick service at the drive through on a busy weekday at noon.”

“This location really needs to figure out how a drive up works in the morning. When you pull up they are only willing to take 1 car at a time to keep there numbers down. Wait times at this location can be long. Sometime the drinks are inconsistent with them putting way to much creamer or milk in drinks. The only positive that i found is the food and donuts are pretty consistent.”

“I took a fellow parishner there to eat & paid for His meal. I saw Brother Ray Ray outside of the Post Office downtown after I had just finished cleaning up Saint James sanctuary. He let me know he was hungry. He did not ask for any money. So, I told him to hop in my truck & he wanted breakfast & coffee from MCDONALD'S on Main St. So, I gladly paid for His meal by God's grace then, dropped him off at his doctor's appointment. “My husband and I came to this bakery/café this morning looking for something for brunch. We ordered a Buffalo chicken breakfast burrito, baked blueberry french toast muffin, a cinnamon roll and coffees. My coffee was good, regular flavored cafe coffee, my husband’s was bland without flavoring, but not terrible. It was fresh and steaming. The cinnamon roll was hard in the center, the frosting slightly over sweetened. The French toast muffin was rubber with blueberries baked in, I could barely get the muffin wrapper off, it was stuck to the bread. The blueberries weren’t bad. The burrito was eggs with chicken and hot sauce, very bland. Hopefully this was just an off day, but I found the missing .4 in the rating.”

“Love to stop in here during the summer to get a Coolatta. They have a few new flavours...grape, pineapple, and cotton candy. Tried the pineapple. It was ok, but not great. Orange is no longer available, sadly. Strawberry is still the best. If they have vanilla, you can get the 2 flavours blended...yummy! Staff is friendly and the dining area is always clean. Be sure to ask for a senior discount. A nice thing about this particular location is the Wavy Lady who is usually standing along Rt. 12, waving at everyone who drives by. She's become a bit of an iconic fixture. If you see her, be kind, wave back, and offer to buy her a coffee or drink. :)”
