Atmosphere on the back patio was great! Food was fun and heavy, exactly what you want from new age BBQ. The views of the lake were spectacular at sunset. The seating outside was at round commercial grade picnic tables with a large fire pit burning the whole time. Several local wines to choose from! Perfect way to spend an evening.

The food was absolutely amazing. They have great cooks in the kitchen. The waitress i had was great as well.

Downside was we had to wait about 5 minutes before we were even noticed to be seated. First time eating here so unsure if it was due to the busy ongoing comedy/music talent that was going on outside on the porch area. This didn't subtract from the night however. Would highly recommend the food.

This place is going to make me fat, the food is really good and they make sure you get your money's worth. With the indoor and outdoor seating this place has a lot of space. We thought it was going to be a wait to get seated our fist time there since the parking lot was filled, and had people parked all the way to the beach, but they got us in really fast and I was surprised with how fast the food was served . This would be a great place for a family get-together or having fun with your friends.

My husband and I went for a daily drive in the warm weather. We pointed our truck north on Route 5, and just started driving without any plans. Eventually, we got hungry, and searched for a place to eat. My husband is from Texas, and loves to try out local BBQ establishments. This restaurant met all his standards. The seating is open and comfortable. The choices of meat is excellent, with classics like brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. The side dishes were fantastic. If you enjoy eating outside, have smaller kids, or a large group with varying tastes, this place is a sure win. Pricing to food portion ratio is unbeatable. The desserts are a great addition too. Warning: the desserts are HUGE, and can feed either a small army, or starving 16 year old boy. Our waitress Brittney was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and made good recommendations. A bonus on the meat, is a taste of a dry rub sprinkling. TL;DR: Eat here with an empty stomach, leave with a smile on your face, and money still in your pocket.

Like the place, food is good. The corn on the cob just came in season, the absolute best corn at a restaurant, ever! The corn bread is moist by corn bread standard's, and sweet.
Down side the pulled pork and chicken was great (naked) but not to temp, only one choice of BBQ sauce.
