Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Far better than average Italian fare. Not expensive overly priced fine dining. A fun and lively place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Time Square.

There's only one reason I go to Olive Garden for my birthday each year! The breadsticks! Dayna was awesome and keep bringing my family more and more and even gave me some to go! She was very friendly and it was definitely a good experience!

Been going to Olive garden's for years, food is usually very good the place is clean and it's a comfortable atmosphere. The reason I am writing this particular review is because we hit the lottery when we were seated at Shannon's tables! Out of all the Olive gardens I have visited I have never found a waitress as knowledgeable friendly and personable as Shannon. She really made the dinner special for all of us. Thank you very much for such attentive service, and keeping up with the cold beer!

So the service is always great. But the food is loosing steam. When foods are cooked together the blend and meld into fine flavors. But since most of their foods are prepackaged and fast cooked on the spot the flavors don't blend. You can taste all the individual items like they're rawish. It's not like cooking at home. Which it used to taste like here. The carrots in the pasta soup were crunchy still. Never had that happen in hot soup. The calamari was cooked but the breading was almost doughy. I don't know. It's just not the experience anymore it once was. The staff though like I said super friendly and polite.
