Hey Owner, I picked up my mother n law to go out for breakfast on Memorial Day morning. This was about 10:15am. Just to make sure you were open, I called, and the nice sounding lady said, " Sugar & Spice, we are open today from 7:00 to 12:00". I said, "thank you very much". When we got there, walked in, there is a sign on the front door with the hours for the day, 7:00a to 12:00 noon. We walked in and was told, "We are Closed". Bottom line, get on the same page that you are telling your customers. Because I own 3 business of my own, I understand that employees do what we, the owners are not wanting or may not know they are doing. I enjoy your food, appreciate what owners go through to make a great business which you have done, this is why you still get a 5 star review.

Everything about this little diner is just lovely! We were greeted warmly as soon as we entered and had a server pouring coffee at our table 30 seconds after we sat down. She went over the specials, gave us just enough time to decide, and kept our coffee cups full while we waited.

The blueberry pancakes were clearly handmade and tasted so fresh that I imagine they've got a bush our back. The bacon and eggs were cooked perfectly and everything was nice and hot when it hit the table.

Not only is everything delicious and the service great, bit the prices are really affordable too. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Horseheads!
