    Wow.. is a word that falls way short, if im describing The New Barrons Inn.. it offers a warm and welcoming atmoshphere, good spirits and the food is next level. They use LOCAL produce and poultry and anything else that they can use to create the dishes they do so well.. its not a typical fare, they have a developed a style that's unique and is just plain great food with influences ranging from Southwest, Creole to French, and American cuisines.. its my new go to..

    Food and drinks were excellent. Service was good... but slow. The side dishes need to be rethought out. A friend was disappointed that there was not a baked potato to go along with the prime rib. They have pierogies instead? The salted Carmel martini was very good.

    Our dinner last night was fantastic. Scallops, Chicken Bruschetta and Chocolate Lava Cake were all done perfectly. The new chef has put together a very nice menu including steaks and a pork prime rib that I will go back for.
