Great food walk in sat down taken care quickly with nice people

Bill's Diner is good for a restaurant with more of a home cooked meal. When Bill was still alive and his brother Chris was in New York the restaurant was amazing, without those two there now it has gone downhill.

Unfortunately forgot the pic. But the food was good. We both had the bacon cheeseburger cook the way we asked. With a huge slice of tomato,very ripe but still firm,& enough crisp fresh lettuce for the burger to make a side salad with along with the dill pickle. They had several sides to choose from,both went with the french fries perfectly cooked. A great cup of refillable coffee threw out the meal. Our server April was very busy with many tables but still polite personable and delivered service and table checks very timely.

Very good service and the coffee was great. The London Broil was very good, but I couldn't get over the gravy being cold on the mashed potatoes. I would have said 4 stars, but cold gravy was a real mood killer. Again, very nice staff.

So I'm from Rochester and was in town for work. This dinner was accrost the Street from the hotel I was staying at . let me Tell you. ...... A warm welcome had me sold. Then the super friendly staff. And not the fake friendly . But to top it off the food was out of this world , was absolutely amazing .
