The chef is the sheer definition of what it means to care about their creations and customers. And the food was BOMB loaded with flavor without being over powering. Totally, fully, satisfied without feeling slow or heavy. I love it.

Absolutely delicious!!! We ordered "Trust the chef" and they just brought food to the table. Everything was spot on. Our server was extreamly friendly as well. I recommend eating here. Hope your experience is as good as ours.

Some very unique flavors and entrees. Would have liked to have some hot sauce options on the table. Service and food prep needs a little pickup in speed.

I tried a lot of their appetizers. They were great you can even make a meal out of them. It's good Spanish food, that is not spicy. It has amazing flavor. The service is good too. Everyone who works there seems nice and professional.
The only thing I would say, is that they need to separate more for the to go. I ordered a main course to go. It had a salad and everything was served on the same container. I think they need to serve the salad separate. By the time I got home all my greens had wilted. It was a soggy mess. It's s simple fix. Just put it on a separate container, so the heat doesn't kill it.
Other than that, the food it's good. There is something for everyone. If you never had Hispanic food, this is a good place to start. And if you feel a little homesick, but don't want to cook, this will be great too.

Best authentic Spanish food in Plattsburgh hands down! The service was helpful and fast. the staff even made me a pineapple juice from scratch that isn't even on the menu!! Also, if you are having a hard time understanding the menu or aren't familiar with some of the food items the staff is at your fingertips to answer all your question. The atmosphere is romantic and fun with great music in the background!
