Ambiance very pleasant with Jazz band tonight! Delightful atmosphere, pleasant staff, great dining experience.

Friendly staff and allergy friendly. Got sat down right away and helped immediately. A good selection for gluten free food and tasted wonderful. It was very peaceful and had a nice atmosphere. Will definitely be going back.

Jill, was not very attentive. She came to see us once after we placed our order. The fish tacos where not crispy, the sauce on them was overpowering. The best part was the Truffle fries, thoes where delicious. Over all the meal was ok, but not fantastic.

Quite a nice surprise we stumbled on for dinner. Back in Plattsburgh after more than 30 years away for a reunion and needing a nice restaurant for dinner with some good friends we hadn't seen in a long time and we founds Irises. Food was delicious portions generous, especially the salads. The bruschetta plate was VERY nice -- excellent complement of flavors and textures. The restaurant doesn't look exceptional from the outside, a few tables for seating on a nice evening, but behind a concrete jersey barrier. The service was also a little slow, but that may have been deliberate to allow us time to savor the experience...and we were in no hurry. If you are looking for a nice meal with an artistic gastronomic menu, then I strongly recommend you give Irises a try.
