Jenn's Smokin Hot BBQ

Have eaten here twice. I know it's a newly open restaurant but they have a lot to work on. Whether it's on the phone or in person the staff seem clueless (that's fine like I said it's new). The food really is ok for NY bbq, the bar isn't set high. My biggest complaint is the "baked potato" dish, it is NOT a baked potato it's just their mashed potatoes with stuff on top. I did order it kind of late, so if they were out of baked potatoes they should of let us know. Overall just kind of a meh experience.

When I tell you the food made me dance around like a fool in my kitchen… I mean it. The mac and cheese, to die for. The brisket literally melts in your mouth, so flavorful. The potato salad is great as well. And the bbq sauce the have off to the side…. FANTASTIC. Jar it and sell it, let me know when you do so as well.

Got brisket sandwich and poutine. Food was really good. Brisket was moist and delicious. BBQ sauce is also really good! Staff is really great too.

The best BBQ place in Plattsburgh! The pulled pork, brisket, and ribs are delicious! There are a variety of BBQ sauces to choose from, the spicy one is my favorite! I really enjoyed the loaded mashed potatoes, baked beans, and cole slaw. The staff is very fast and efficient and the owner is very friendly and helpful!

Fantastic food and finally a good BBQ place in Plattsburgh! The pulled pork and brisket were both very flavorful, the mac n cheese was creamy and my kid declared it the best he's ever had, the onion rings were the good crispy kind and the macaroni salad was creamy and delicious. Will definitely be back.
