Jersey Mike's Subs

Gonna give it a 5 star just because the past 2 times I have gone it has been super busy but yet the staff are still very nice and will answer any questions without hesitation. Today I went and one of the staff was watching out for everyone else who was behind the counter and he got them water and told me he just wants everyone to stay hydrated! (I found that amazing)The past 2 times I have gone the food has been amazing and as I said staff is amazing! Congrats on the opening!!

I am so happy I can now get my Jersey Mike’s fix locally! We have had them a few times since opening day (we really do love them lol) and the speed and quality, regardless of how busy, has been consistent each time. Jersey Mike’s will absolutely be a great addition to good ole’ Plattsvegas!

Love the food it tastes amazing but the wait times are insane. It says it will be ready to pickup at 6:30 when I ordered at 5:30 and wasn’t ready to be picked up until 7:45. I understand that it is a new place but is there anyway to get more accurate time to pick it up and to get a notification when ordering for the app when it’s ready?

We love jersey mikes and are happy to have one close by now. For being slammed packed yesterday, and things being chaotic, they still got our order perfect, and the crew was working hard. I've been to some stores with zero customers not busy, that got my order wrong and this one got it right with like 100 people packed out the door. Good job guys, keep your chin up it won't always be this crazy.

I'm leaving this at 3 for now until I try more.

I ordered only one sub (Club Sub) and it cost almost $20 through their app, including a $3 driver tip. That seems.. expensive for what you get.

The sub tasted ok. Ingredients seemed fresh and there were some good flavors. The bacon was chopped and tasty, and I love the shredded lettuce.

Jersey Mike's loves to add their oils and vinegars, and combined with mayonnaise it just makes for a wet, messy sub. But again, it TASTES good.

I don't like the fact that I couldn't "build my own" sub on their app. You can customize a sub, i.e. add or remove ingredients, but you can just make your own for some reason.

Toasting a "cold sub" doesn't seem to be an option.

They don't offer a lot in terms of sides, either. I thought Jersey Mike's sold fries, but apparently they don't here. That was disappointing.

It also seems like the only cheese they offer is provolone 🤣. Seriously, I couldn't figure out how to change the cheese on my club sub. I prefer the bolder taste of Swiss, but I wasn't allowed to do it.

Not sure if any of this will change ever, but until it does I'm maintaining my 3 star rating. It's GOOD food, for sure. But you either have it THEIR way or no way at all. Their menu is limited to variations of the same sub. It's just.. boring.

If you want a CUSTOM made sandwich, don't go to Jersey Mike's. Seek a local sandwich shop.

If you want FAST, good quality subs that you have to pick from a list then sure, go to Jersey Mike's. You'll love the taste, but not much else.
