Thoughtful menu selections for small plates to mix and match along with stupendous wood fired pizza. There just isn't any better out there. Lovely setting and attentive service along with a well tuned wine, beer and cider selection completes a great choice for a memorable meal in Hudson.
Excellent Pizza and small plates. Friendly service and good wines. One of three places to eat in Hudson. Don’t mess around and follow the crowds. Eat here dummy.
Walking in and being greeted very kindly by the staff is a foreshadow to seeing your reaction after eating their pizza. It's an ordinary process as you'd get in any other pizzeria, but once your pizza is brought to your table, you would've thought it came from Italy! The tomato sauce isn't as dense neither is the cheese. It's a good balance of ingredients, and after your first pie, your taste buds is waiting for another!
I was in Hudson for the day. We came across this gem on Warren St. We had a great experience not only with the food but with the service as well. Amazing selection of local cheeses, beer menu and awesome Pizza. We will come back to Oak next time we're in Hudson
Probably one of the top 3 pizzas I've eaten in my life, hands down. The second you walk in, you're greeted by the wafting smell of pizza, sauce, toasty bread, and high quality cheese.
Margharita pizza was reminiscent of what I've had in Naples, Italy. Gorgeous pieces of cheese, extremely high quality wood fired bread that was crispy and light all at the same time. They've got a policy of not cutting the pies (but will cut it for delivery orders).
The white "Bianca" pizza (or however it's spelled) is great. We got it with arugula and the cook splashed some extra olive oil and lemon on the top.
Super quick service, great music, and a cute hipster type ambiance. This place rocks!
