Hudson Roastery

We always visit here when we come to Hudson. Everything in here is so good. The environment is great, staff is friendly and the coffee is good here. I love all the detail especially they always had beautiful seasonal fresh flowers in the store. Highly recommend to visit here.

While on a sudden business trip, met up with a colleague at this wonderful venue - and what a delight it turns out to be! The coffee drinks were all very good to excellent (decaf espresso is a true test) but the pastries are just spot-on, and I must compliment everyone there for service too. Friendly, informative, relaxed. Sitting outside is a curious experience of wonderful and being caught in a stream of construction truck going by, but honestly that almost added to the charm - a Hudson sort of thing, I guess!

Their Catskill Campfire roast is some of the best coffee I've come across. We make special trips to Hudson just to stock up on beans. I've enjoyed a few pastries there as well. Have not yet been in the evening for wine, but I really like the atmosphere.

After walking the long stretch of fascinating stores on warren street we Needed a place with good coffee and a restroom for customers. Nice service. Cashier had a mask. Lattes were very good with oat milk. Really clean modern restroom.

Stopped by for some morning coffee and pastry when we were visiting Hudson recently. The best iced latte I had in a while and my husband’s cappuccino was also great. We also loved the fluffy and perfectly crispy almond croissant as well! Would love to return for more coffee and maybe some wine as well when we visit Hudson again.
